Return Policy for Canvas Artworks
Returns within 7 days of delivery
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your canvas must be in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging (including any protective corners and inner wrapping).
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Customized or personalized canvases,
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling or use,
- Items returned without original packaging components.
How to start a return
Please contact us before sending your item back at
support@niphea.com.
Our team will provide the return address, RMA (if applicable), and packing instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your canvas arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve it promptly.
